Parkbridge Investment Group, Inc. (Parkbridge), after selling off a $45 million portfolio of communities in 2021, still owns and operates 15+ manufactured home communities, multi-family, 55+ senior housing, and RV communities at a combined value of $100 million+.  The portfolio is primarily located throughout the mid-west with a strong presence in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois, while a couple properties are located near Austin, Texas.  Parkbridge maintains a solid reputation as one of the best and most professional operators of communities in the region and is home to a diverse makeup of residents, families, and retirees.

Based in Rochester, Michigan, Parkbridge was established in 1992 and acquired its first manufactured home community that year. The company has grown steadily ever since while building a team of caring and responsible professionals who oversee the management and operations of each community.
